Cancellation Policy

Reservations canceled 24 hours before pick up time will receive a full refund.
Reservations canceled within 24 hours of reservation will be charged a 20% cancelation fee.
No show, no cancel you will be charged the full rental amount.
You will receive a full refund if we experience unsafe weather conditions at the time of your rental and you choose not to go on the water. Once your boat leaves the shore there will be no refund.

Day of Expectations

Please arrive 15 minutes before your start time.
Keys or an ID and Credit Card will be held at the boat launch in exchange for the paddle sport rental.
Any board not returned on time will be charged an additional hour..
Please bring water shoes, sunscreen, water.
Don't be surprised if you get a bit wet!

Rules

Only one person permitted on the boat at a time, except for tandem kayaks.
Each boat is checked out to one person who is responsible for the boat. Keys or ID will be held until boat is returned.
All paddlers must wear a life jacket.
